EXPERIENCE INDIA
India is more than a place — it is a frequency.
A land of colour, prayer-call, incense, temple bells and humanity in her fullest expression.
In Goa, we soften into the Motherland gently.
Here, the pace of life is slower. The air is warm. The heart opens easily.
Our Shala is hidden amidst a palm grove surrounded by the enchanting Mandrem river….crossing the bridge takes you to an endless expanse of beach fronting the magical Arabian Sea. This is your home away from home, a nurturing sanctuary where we offer our loving embrace and invite you to feel relaxed and at peace.
This retreat offers a grounded entry into India — supportive, spacious, and held — so that you can receive Her essence with reverence, presence, and grace.

THE FOOD
Nutrition plays a vital role in our overall health, happiness and wellbeing.
What is often overlooked, however, is that nutrition is not just about what you are eat, but also when you eat, and your mental, emotional and physical state at the time of eating.
Our meals will be fresh, and wherever possible, organic. The kitchen will also source our produce locally, and according to the seasons.
Expect nourishing, grounding, vegetarian meals rooted in Ayurvedic principles:
Seasonal vegetables. Fresh fruit. Coconut. Dahls. Chapati. Herbal teas. Warm spices. Food prepared with love and prāṇa.
Every meal is a reminder that nourishment is devotion.
