In this 10 hour advanced training, you will learn the art of Sacred Sequencing.

A subtle and potent method to guide your students back home with integrity and wisdom.

Bodies store every experience, feeling, secret and story that happens in our journey. Therefore, sequencing the body with intelligence and purpose will create a deep, moving and profound experience for your students, creating a safe place for them to remember who they are on a visceral level.

Heidi Trigar

Heidi has developed a style of teaching that is truly unique, emotive and meaningful. Weaving Bhakti yoga & the exploration of the subtle realms into her classes is an experience you don't want to miss!

Having trained with Sarah Powers, Rod Stryker, Les Leventhal and Alanna Kaivalya as well as countless incredible teachers and mentors over her many years of practice, she has a wealth of knowledge to share.

This training is for anyone who has completed a 200hr yoga teacher training

(Yoga teachers will receive 10hr Sequencing Training certificate)

$420 +booking fee

You will have the opportunity to create your own Sacred Sequence, ask questions, share your interpretation and take home the secrets of this extraordinary ancient practice.
