Malas are a string of 108 beads (plus the Guru bead) which are used as part of the ancient Yogic mantra practice known as “Japa”.
In the practice of Japa, you use each of the 108 beads to count every time you repeat the mantra or prayer until you reach the Guru bead.
Our mala beads are energetically cleansed personally by Rach & Heidi before we allow them to be sold, why do we do this?
