ALIVE - A Strong Practice Day Retreat

Join Rach for a day of strong, intentional practice — exploring āsana, prāṇa and the art of meeting your edge with curiosity, play and awareness.

Set amongst the wild back beaches of St Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, ALIVE is a five-hour immersion into strong, intelligent and intentional practice.

This is a day for those who love the physicality of yoga — who love to flow, strengthen, explore, get curious and spend a little longer on the mat — while remembering that the shape itself was never the whole practice.

Together, we’ll explore āsana through the lens of Rāja Yoga, looking beyond what the body can do and toward what our practice can cultivate within us.
