Bali, also known as ‘The Island of Gods’ is home to the most stunning cultural hub, Ubud.
Known for its lush landscapes, vibrant arts scene, and serene atmosphere, Ubud is famous for its traditional dance performances, intricate crafts, and also Yoga. A tropical island that has become a melting point where ancient custom meets modern, western culture.
Nestled between the rice terraces in Gianyar, Ubud is Bali’s major arts and culture centre. Walk into the numerous art museums and galleries, or take a scenic walk along Campuhan Ridge Walk or the Ubud market to get some souvenirs.
You can explore lush rice paddies, visit ancient temples, and indulge in delicious Balinese cuisine with stunning sunsets from gold to red every night!

Your home for the week comes with an Indian cafe serving pure vegetarian dishes made with the best quality ingredients and authentic flavours.
Your meals will be leaning into Sattvic style, meaning light, fresh and perfect for daily consumption AND the cafe always provides us with delicious condiments to add spice or flavour according to your personal taste!
The produce is thoughtfully sourced and all dishes are made with care & quality, whole ingredients - no hidden additives. You can expect less heavy oils or refined sugars and more whole, vital ingredients.

Rach's classes comprise of a beautiful balance of dynamic movements, strength and fluidity.
Her passion truly lies in energetic alignment whilst promoting safety and stability in the physical body.
Heidi Trigar
Heidi has developed a style of teaching that is truly unique, emotive and meaningful. Weaving Bhakti yoga & the exploration of the subtle realms into her classes is an experience you don't want to miss!
Having trained with Sarah Powers, Rod Stryker, Les Leventhal and Alanna Kaivalya as well as countless incredible teachers and mentors over her many years of practice, she has a wealth of knowledge to share.
