WHERE IN BALI?
Located remote from the busy area of Bali and surrounded with the beauty of nature, our Shala is sitting on top of the hill of Batukaru mountain, with picturesque garden's on every corner, and fireflies peeking through your room windows.
You will be welcomed with open arms into our quiet little haven with everything you need right here to set you up for the perfect experience of PAUSE. We are located in the centre of Bali, approximately 2.5hr drive from the airport.

Rach Mellican | Lead Teacher
Trained by many renowned mentors and guided by a deep devotion to self-study, Rach weaves wisdom from both ancient and modern lineages into her teachings. Her yin classes are a poetic balance of softness, self-inquiry, and energetics — a space to truly meet yourself. With a rich understanding of fascia, anatomy, the nervous system, and subtle energy, Rach threads every practice with intention and care. Expect to melt into the mat, unwind the layers, and perhaps uncover life-shifting insights along the way.

Alyssa Lynikas | Space Holder & Assistant
Trained by Sacred Soul, Alyssa continues to study, embody and share the teachings of yoga with a deep sense of presence and care. Her practice blends a variety of styles, rooted in mindful movement and the art of slowing down. With a warm, welcoming nature and intuitive touch, Alyssa offers gentle guidance and support to help you soften into your own journey of pause. Throughout the retreat, she’ll be here to hold space, assist, and nurture your unfolding with grounded compassion.
