Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the scheduled date and receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.Cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund. However, if you can find someone to take your spot, we will issue a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) once the new participant's reservation is confirmed.
